Política de incentivos a clientes da X-Trade Brokers DM S.A Sucursal em Portugal (XTB Portugal)

 

X-Trade Brokers Portugal realiza a intermediação de uma forma responsável e profissional, respeitando os interesses dos seus clientes e cumprindo com os princípios de ética do mercado. Em conexão com a prestação de serviços relacionados à atividade de corretagem, a X-Trade Brokers Portugal pode dar aos seus clientes e a terceiros, honorários, comissões ou remuneração em espécie especificado na tabela abaixo, que são considerados incentivos, tal como definido nos respetivos regulamentos:

  • DIRECTIVA 2004/39/CE DO PARLAMENTO EUROPEU E DO CONSELHO de 21 de Abril de 2004, relativa aos mercados de instrumentos financeiros, que altera as Directivas 85/611/CEE e 93/6/CEE e a Directiva 2000/12/CE do Parlamento Europeu e do Conselho e que revoga a Diretiva 93/22/CEE.
  • Diretiva de Comissão 2006/73/CE de 10 de Agosto de 2006 implementando a Diretiva 2004/39/CE do Parlamento Europeu e do Conselho no que respeita aos requisitos organizacionais e operacionais de empresas de investimento e aos conceitos definidos da referida diretiva.

É permitido à XTB Portugal, receber e oferecer, exceto quando indicado no contrato com o cliente e provisão necessária dos pagamentos padrão do serviço de corretagem, ou pagamento em espécie nas seguintes situações:

  • Se o objetivo é melhorar a qualidade do serviço de intermediação prestado aos clientes;
  • O cliente será informado das condições gerais para o recebimento ou a entrega de tais comissões ou remuneração em espécie antes da conclusão da prestação de serviços de corretagem.
  • Se o pagamento de comissões ou remuneração em espécie for feito após a conclusão do contrato, o cliente será informado de tais pagamentos de comissões ou remuneração em espécie, antes de recebê-los.

Se o cliente desejar receber informações detalhadas sobre os pagamentos feitos ou recebidos de pagamentos padrão, comissões ou em espécie, resultante da assinatura do contrato, a XTB Portugal fornecerá tais informações ao cliente mediante solicitação.

A tabela seguinte mostra os termos alternativos e condições gerais, conforme especificado no contrato com o cliente ou exigido para a actividade de comissão de corretagem, ou pagamento em espécie, fornecida pela X-Trade Brokers DM S.A Sucursal em Portugal para os seus clientes ou a terceiros.

O Introducing Partner recebe a seguinte remuneração de acordo com os instrumentos financeiros transacionados pelos clientes

·       CFD – % do spread, acordado individualmente

·       Opções Digitais – % do prémio, acordado individualmente

·       Opções Up/Down – % do valor nominal da operação, acordado individualmente.

·       CFD  DMA–  máximo de 2 pontos base, acordado com base no valor de transacção;

 

 

Dispositivos móveis (ex: tablet ou Smartphone oferecido a clientes VIP)

Remuneração de Contas VIP

·        Compra ou venda de instrumentos financeiros em uma conta própria;

Cliente VIP

Os dispositivos móveis são oferecidos a clientes mediante abertura de conta VIP, de acordo com os termos e condições descritas no website XTB

·       XTB Portugal oferece aos clientes VIP e Prestige em concordância com o contrato da conta de investimento, sempre que o cliente efectue um depósito superior a 30.000 EUR na sua conta

·       XTB remunerará as contas dos clientes VIP conforme o estabelecido na página web.

Seminários para clientes

·        Compra ou venda de instrumentos financeiros em conta própria;

·        Performance  das operações relacionadas com a Compra ou Venda de instrumentos financeiros em uma conta própria;

Clientes

·       Os clientes podem participar nos seminários presenciais e online organizados pela X-Trade Brokers sobre instrumentos financeiros e estratégias de negociação

·       A participação do cliente é voluntária

·       O âmbito de cada seminário e as condições de participação serão publicados na página web da XTB;

 

 

Se o cliente desejar receber informações detalhadas sobre os benefícios descritos na tabela acima, bem como as regras de conduta da X-Trade Brokers DM S.A. sucursal em Portugal em caso de aparente conflito de interesses, a X-Trade Brokers DM S.A. Sucursal em Portugal fornece tais informações mediante pedido do cliente.

 

Pequenas ofertas e cortesias cujo valor é inferior a 160 € não são consideradas como incentivos, conforme definido nos termos deste documento, desde que o recebimento do presente ou gesto seja consistente com os termos descritos na política e gestão de conflitos de interesse de X-Trade Brokers Dom Maklerski SA.

A X-Trade Brokers pode fazer modificações na tabela mencionada acima.

Regulation and Contract

Information on receiving and providing of inducements at XTB Portugal

 

X-Trade Brokers Portugal conducts brokerage activity in a reliable and professional manner, respecting best interest of its Clients and in compliance with honest trading principles. In connection with providing respective services within its brokerage activity, X-Trade Brokers  Portugal transfers to its Clients or third parties the fees, commissions and non-monetary benefits specified in the table below, which may be considered to constitute inducements, as defined in respective regulations  in particular:

·         Directive 2004/39/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 April 2004 on markets in financial instruments amending Council Directives 85/611/EEC and 93/6/EEC and Directive 2000/12/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and repealing Council Directive 93/22/EEC;

·         Commission Directive 2006/73/EC of 10 August 2006 implementing Directive 2004/39/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards organisational requirements and operating conditions for investment firms and defined terms for the purposes of that Directive;

Receiving or providing by XTB Portugal, of other than resulting from the agreement concluded with the Client or necessary for provision of the brokerage service standard payments, commissions or non-monetary benefits, is allowed if:

·         their objective is to improve quality of the brokerage service provided to the Client;

·         the Client is informed of the general terms of receiving or providing such payments, commissions or non-monetary benefits before conclusion of the agreement on provision of the brokerage service;

.           in case of payments, commissions or non-monetary benefits with respect to which the possibility of receiving or transferring occurred after conclusion of the agreement on provision of the brokerage service, the Client is informed of such payments, commissions or non-monetary benefits before beginning receiving or transferring them.

If the Client wishes to receive detailed information on received or provided other than resulting from the agreement concluded with the Client or necessary for provision of the brokerage service standard payments, commissions or non-monetary benefits, XTB Portugal will provide such detailed  information to the Client every time upon the Client's request.

The table below presents the kinds and general terms and conditions governing providing of other than resulting from the agreement concluded with the Client or necessary for provision of the brokerage service standard payments, commissions or non-monetary benefits, transferred to the Clients or third parties by X-Trade Brokers Portugal.

Introducing entities' commission

·        Purchase or sale of financial instruments on one's own account;

Introducing partner

The introducing partner receives the following kinds of remuneration, depending on financial instruments constituting object of the Client's transactions:

 

·       CFD contracts – % of spread, agreed individually;

·       Digital options – % of the amount of payment, agreed individually;

·       Up/Down options – % of nominal transaction value, agreed individually;

·       Equity CFD – no more than 2 base points, agreed based on transaction value;

 

Mobile devices, e.g. tablet or smartphone offered to VIP Clients.

 

Remuneration of VIP accounts.

·        Purchase or sale of financial instruments on one's own account;

VIP Client

Mobile devices are offered to Clients opening a VIP account, in compliance with the terms and conditions described at the website of XTB.

·       XTB Portugal offers a mobile device to the VIP Client and prestige ones, in performance of the agreement on maintaining a brokerage account, if the Client declares and deposits more than 30.000 euros in his/her individual account; 

.       XTB Portugal will remunerate VIP accounts in performance of the agreement on the web page.

 

Seminars for Clients

·        Purchase or sale of financial instruments on one's own account;

 

·        Performance of orders involving purchase and sale of financial instruments to the account of the person submitting the order

Clients

·       Clients can participate in stationary or internet trainings organised by X-Trade Brokers on financial instruments and the investment process;

·       participation of the Client in particular trainings is voluntary;

·       detailed scope of particular trainings and terms of participation are each time published at the website of XTB;

 

 

      

 

If the Client wishes to receive detailed information on the benefits specified in the table above, as well as on the rules of conduct of X-Trade Brokers DM S.A. filiation in Portugal in caso of conflict of interest appearance, X-Trade  Brokers filiation in Portugal provides such information upon the Client's request.

Small gifts and polite gestures whose value is lower than 160€ are not considered inducements, as defined in the regulations referred to in the introduction to this document, provided that receiving of such gift or gesture stays in compliance with the terms described in the Policy on the management of conflicts of interest at X-Trade Brokers Dom Maklerski S.A.

 

X-Trade Brokers updates and adjusts as appropriate the specification of benefits/payments presented in the table above.
